DELIVERY:

We offer 2 modes of delivery:
  1. Singapore local registered mail postage
  2. Self -collection : Meet-up venue can be arranged. Please leave your contact number if you wish to arrange for a meet-up. :)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Prices stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) include US sales tax, INTERNATIONAL BULK SHIPPING via USPS PRIORITY MAIL, handling fee but exclude local registered mail postage (unless otherwise stated)
  2. We ship to Singapore in bulk via USPS Priority Mail every 2 weeks and the shipment takes about 6-10 business days to arrive.
  3. Heartmybag reserves the right to make any changes to the offers / specials advertised here without prior notice.
  4. All Heartmybag products go through stringent checks and are carefully packed before shipping/delivery. Once items are mailed, we will not be responsible for any loss/damage if you choose not to purchase insurance.
  5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES WILL BE ENTERTAINED ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. Payment will only be refunded in FULL if your desired item is out of stock.
  6. Please ensure that your orders are correct. Make sure the items model/style/name are correct and in the correct size, color and quantity before sending the orders. 
  7. Colors/ Quality might vary due to the resolution of the computer.
